The Osh Gallery on Herbert Macaulay, Yaba is an accommodating etopia for art lovers, artists, singers, writers, poets to gather and experience the beauty of music, art, spoken word. There is a cafe with drinks, the main gallery and a work space for artist and other creatives to work.
The owner, Osh, is on ground to talk you about the works on display, as well as, engage you in a conversation about art in Nigeria, and the Artiste Development Program run by the gallery. They run a camp dedicated to training and nurturing new artistes. You can register for an art class and learn basic knowledge.
The Osh gallery will soon have weekly events. Currently, there are exhibitions, openings, networking sessions planned for the year. They open weekdays from morning till evening. There are popular food joints around like Whitehouse, KFC, and you can always order pizza from Surulere. Arrives within minutes.
