Situated on Victoria Island, Lagos Bar Beach is where you can find Lagosians who are after sun and sand, and want it directly on their doorstep. In the district of Victoria Island, this man made city beach is situated next to plenty of shopping centres and other attractions. You can also find fresh fish and souvenirs being sold here too, in Lagos Bar Beach Market. Also known as Victoria Beach, it was originally one of a series of naturally forming sandy bars which protect Lagos from the stormy Gulf of Guinea.
