Naijatreks was born out of a need to travel & explore everything Nigeria has to offer. The founder, Folarin Kolawole, takes joy in going the length & breadth of Nigeria, finding new places, spots, sites as well as revisiting old places. Naijatreks takes pride in taking photos of & writing about the numerous tourist potentials that exist in Nigeria.

Since inception in 2003, Naijatreks has taken numerous trips to known, documented tourist sites as well as discovered new tourist sites in Nigeria. They discover & map these locations so you can also find them & experience the beauty of Nigeria. One of their notable finds is the endangered community of a rare terrapin turtle specie in Akure.

Naijatreks also organises tours for locals & foreigners to join & go places, take pictures and know the real Nigeria.
