Your Spa and Fitness Dance Club

Your Spa and Fitness dance club in Lagos offers you the opportunity to exercise while learning Zoe, Tango, and Africa dance styles. The classes are run by the Better Dancing Program of 'Spirit of David', and held in the 'Your Spa and Fitness premisies' of Four Points Hotel.
The dance club operates a members only policy, with many added benfits. There are currently 3 dance classes, covering the 3 main stlyes Zoe, Tango, and Africa which all members are encouraged to be involved in and learn.
Clases are restricted to 20 people in number, and run 3 evenings a week. Providing you a great way to keep in shape while having a great time.
