Escape House spa

Escape House spa is a wellness space within a boutique retreat at 34 Usuma St, Maitama, Abuja. It forms part of a wider hospitality setting that also includes suites, a styling saloon and a candlelit restaurant, allowing spa appointments to sit alongside overnight stays, grooming or dining plans.

The spa focuses on treatments designed to encourage rest and physical ease. Its offering includes warm-oil massages, glow facials and couples rituals. These treatments give the spa a calm, restorative character rather than a beauty-only focus, with services intended for guests seeking time to slow down and reset.

Warm-oil massage provides the clearest expression of the spa’s treatment style, while glow facials add a skincare-led option. Couples rituals are available for shared visits, making the spa suitable for partners planning a quiet break together. The wider Escape House concept also caters to executives, families and guests staying in Abuja, although the spa’s treatments are particularly relevant to couples and anyone looking for a pause from a busy schedule.

The setting is designed around a quiet form of boutique luxury, with warm light, soft fabrics and a service-led atmosphere. Escape House places the spa alongside its hotel, saloon and restaurant, creating a contained retreat away from the faster pace of the city. The restaurant brings local flavour together with fine dining technique, while the saloon provides hair, nail, grooming and styling services. These connected facilities make the address suitable for a planned day of relaxation, personal care and dining.

As a spa in Maitama, Escape House offers a convenient option for residents, business travellers and visitors to Nigeria who want a treatment in an Abuja hospitality setting. The atmosphere suits solo appointments as well as shared couples visits. A spa booking can also form part of a broader occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary or other thoughtful gift, since Escape House offers gift cards that can be used for a spa day, stay or dinner.

Escape House spa is best suited to guests who value a composed setting, treatment-led relaxation and the convenience of having dining, accommodation and styling services at the same address. Treatment availability, timing and any special requirements should be confirmed when arranging a visit.
